By accessing or using ConvoMem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, administrators, and organizations that access or use ConvoMem.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the passwords, API keys, and credentials associated with your account.

You agree not to disclose credentials to third parties and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use ConvoMem:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code
• To infringe ConvoMem intellectual property rights or those of others
• To harass, abuse, harm, defame, slander, or discriminate
• To collect or track personal information without consent
• To interfere with or circumvent security features of the service

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on the plan you select.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvoMem and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for ConvoMem, our customers, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Data retention and deletion will follow your plan, agreement, and our Privacy Policy.

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ConvoMem operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of those rights.
