v1.3.3

A faster, safer Agent Assist handoff and sales-led capacity planning for Scale.

v1.3.3 tightens the last mile between memory and a human agent. Handoff briefs are now compact enough for a CRM side panel, distinguish verified customer context from unconfirmed actions reported by an agent, and keep resolution controls in the authenticated embed where they belong.

Agent Assist

  • Handoff briefs now lead with a deterministic issue state, next best action, and a copyable suggested opening so an agent can understand the customer and begin the conversation quickly.
  • Customer context, reported actions, pending checks, and evidence are separated instead of being collapsed into one repetitive narrative.
  • Actions from another conversation are no longer presented as evidence that the current issue was handled.
  • The dashboard handoff view is a compact, read-only preview. Resolve, review, reopen, snooze, priority, tags, and notes remain available in the token-authenticated CRM embed.
  • Embed actions update immediately while the refreshed brief loads in the background, avoiding a full-panel loading state after every action.
  • Settings now show a clear unsaved, saving, saved, or failed state without a persistent success message competing with the form.

Billing

  • Scale is now presented as starting at $1,500/month with capacity planning and a Contact sales flow.
  • Starter, Growth, and Pro remain self-serve with their existing seven-day trials.
  • The API rejects attempts to bypass the sales-led Scale flow by posting its plan slug directly to checkout.
